 The Finance Committee is charged with reviewing and studying the necessary expenses of district administration. The Committee consists of three members, with the first member appointed for a term of one year, the second for a two year term, and the third for a three year term. Each year thereafter the District Governor appoints one member for a three year term to fill the vacancy that occurs as terms expire.

The Finance Committee, working cooperatively with the Governor-Elect, prepares a budget of district revenues and expenses. This proposed budget is then submitted to all district clubs at least four weeks before the District Assembly. Club presidents-elect vote on the budget at the Assembly.

CLUB ACTIVITY OF THE MONTH - The Hillsborough Club once again sponsored an Operation Shoebox Christmas Holiday packing event. Hundreds of volunteers turned out to assist in packing 1500 boxes for our military deployed overseas. Another wonderful service project by Rotarians!!
