WHO ARE ALUMNI? You are an alum if you participated in any of the following programs:

InteractRotaractRotary Youth Exchange, New Generations Service Exchange, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards(RYLA), Rotary Peace FellowshipsRotary Scholarships (funded by global grants or district grants), vocational training teams (members and leaders), Ambassadorial Scholarships, Grants for University Teachers, Group Study Exchange (members and leaders), and Rotary Volunteers.


We want to stay in touch with you and there are lots of reasons you should stay in touch with us – 1.2 million reasons to be exact! Our 1.2 million members are found in almost every corner of the globe, in almost every profession. You are bound to find a Rotarian somewhere, doing something you are interested in. 


  • Maintain a list of Foundation program participants sponsored by or residing in the district, and advise the Foundation of any changes.
  • Track alumni who are good speakers. They may be able to speak at district events
  • Obtain nominations and endorse nominees for the Global Alumni Service to Humanity Award and the Alumni Association of the Year Award.
  • Encourage alumni to remain involved with Rotary by becoming Rotarians, identifying future program participants, making contributions to the Foundation, and participating in service projects.
  • Manage a district alumni association.
  • Inform alumni about district activities and invite them to club and district events and projects.

CLUB ACTIVITY OF THE MONTH - The Mercer County clubs did a spectacular job, collaborating and putting together the first Rotary College Night. Clubs working together can do so much more than working along. Read about it in Club News on the TEAM Rotary web page.
