This award is a Rotary International Presidential recognition of a club activity that addresses a significant problem or need in a community. The District selects one project and submits the nomination form to Rotary International. A Selection Committee, appointed by the RI President, evaluates all nominations.

Application forms must be submitted to the District by February 1, with the Committee's recommendation of five candidate clubs forwarded to the District Governor by March 1. The District Governor, in consultation with the Committee, will select one nominee and forward it to Rotary International no later than March 15.
